OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT freaking believe the mets lost again to the freaking yanks, and we were goddam up by 4 runs in the 9th inning, wtf????!!!!!!!!
after calming down from the initial anger (okay fine i wasnt that angry, i was dozing off while it happened lol) i realized what is lacking in most ppl and organizations and teams and what not who just cant seem to reach the "next level" (whatever that is)-----> The Killer Instinct!!!
i cant or really want to define what the killer instinct is in a geeky, webster dictionary kinda way, but i think its like the will to win and ability to close out the opponent without holding back. hmm... i think its just to never hold back and give everything u got and do whatever it takes to win.
whatever, the point is it's a really important quality and i hope i got it lol.

i think youre right in that the ends dont always justify the means, but i think the killer instinct is more like giving your all and having the focus to not let your competition defeat you, and a less sinister tone lol. ugh its hard to explain myself without resorting to sports analogies...
