I usually don't post these weird stuff, because I think it makes the blog look messy and distracts from the main stuff (after, all it's Sea of SCENES, not ads). But I think I need one of these while pulling all nighters.

Engineering Paradise

In keeping up with the nerdy comedy that I posted up a few days ago, I will post another comedy for nerds. Again, you're either gonna think "wow this is awesome" or "X, stop being such a loser."

FYI: I didn't actually find this -- I got it from a Columbia professor. So if you loved it, the credit does not go to me for finding it.

A little different flavor

Here's a funny article from the Onion about one of my favorite football players - Wes Welker. I wish Wes Welker began his career about 10 years earlier than he did, because he would have been my role model and I might have made it to the NFL (wishful thinking?).

You can probably guess why and get a good picture of the kind of player Welker is from the article. He recently suffered a devastating knee injury that ended his season, but I have no doubt he'll be back terrorizing defenses again next year - Everyone At Hospital Already Hates Wes Welker

Just for the record, I fully support Conan. Sadly he will be leaving the Tonight Show after a little over three months on the job. Great job yet again by NBC, America's last place network.

Saw this trailer for Kick Ass prior to the Daybreakers showing on Friday and wanted to share it with everyone.



Although it is reminiscent of Superbad (featuring the return of McLovin), it is actually the product of action/fantasy director Matthew Vaughn (he does have a very short filmography as a director though). I know I'm excited.

Just when I thought there was nothing going on, I realized celebrities are always good for a chuckle. Here's Mariah Carey accepting an award for Breakthrough Performance at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. I must say Mariah Carey was pretty respectable in her (nearly unrecognizable) role as a social worker in Precious, and I'm happy for her achievements, but I have a feeling she had a little too much fun on set...
